Schneider Electric Industrial SA (to be referred to as the COMPANY) authorizes National Engineering Construction Company (NECC), License Number 15302, to be referred to as the COMPANY’s authorized distributor/representative in the designated market/territory in Pakistan for the COMPANY’s products/services.
Such authorization from the Schneider Electric is within the capacity of manufacturer of switchboard products and Schneider’s range SERVICE PARTNERS have rights, responsibilities, and authorization FOR sourcing off the products and services from the COMPANY and for providing SERVICE support from on-site facilities and also complete after-sales supervision within the COMPANY’s product range service territory and the distributorship areas does not constitute commercial/business legal presence of any COMPANY’s subsidiary or any other affiliate.
